In Tokyo, display market specialist DSCC (Display Supply Chain Consultant) has appointed Noriko Ishida as Director of Sales.
DSCC, which was
founded in 2016 by Ross Young, Bob O'Brien, Yoshio Tamura and Sam Matsuno, provides intelligence on trends affecting the entire display supply chain. The company now has nine employees at offices in the US, China, Japan and Korea, produces eleven different reports on all aspects of the display industry, and organises display events around the world.
Ishida (pictured) joins with more than ten years' experience in flat panel display, semiconductor and LED/OLED lighting market research and consulting. She began her MR sales career in 2006 at DisplayBank Japan, where she covered all segments of the flat panel display supply chain. She later founded her own MR consulting company while living in Korea and China, and was later responsible for Japan sales at UBI Research.
