Data collection specialist Lightspeed Health has hired Rachel Bear as Associate Director, Business Development. She joins a growing US sales team headed up by Vice President Matt Titus, and will combine new sales with developing existing client relations.

Bear (pictured) joins from France-based healthcare fieldwork agency QualWorld where she was Business Development Manager, generating and pursuing new business opportunities across North America and Europe. Prior to this she worked at SERMO and Ambling Management Company; and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University.

Titus says the new arrival 'possesses the commercial and healthcare experience that will prove critical in assisting us to accelerate our business growth in the United States', and adds: 'We're confident she will bring new opportunities to the company's portfolio'.
