Smarty Pants

Suzanne SnappIn the US, specialist youth and family research and consulting firm Smarty Pants has appointed Suzanne Snapp in the role of 'Insights Genius'.

Headquartered in Johnson City, TN, with offices in New York, Boston, San Diego, Chicago and Myrtle Beach, SC, Smarty Pants conducts research with kids, tweens, teens, parents and influencers to help guide brand positioning, product development and analysis of consumer lifestyle trends. Snapp (pictured) joins from Ipsos, where she spent seven years and latterly served as Director of Integration Services. Prior to this, she worked for Synovate/Symmetrics for nearly eight years, managing projects for global tech, pharma and healthcare clients.

In her new role, Snapp serves as a senior level manager on quantitative research initiatives for many of the company's toy, packaged foods and media clients. Michelle Poris, 'Quant Savant', comments: 'Suzanne has already had a tremendous impact on our organization. Her background in customer experience research brings a fresh perspective to our quantitative research practice and provides a new expertise to Smarty Pants.'
