Research software firm Confirmit has promoted Heidi Brumbach to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources.

Brumbach has been with the firm for thirteen years, during which time, she has helped create talent management strategies that have supported the growth of the Americas team fivefold. In her new role, she will take responsibility for Confirmit's HR activities around the world and will focus on developing and executing HR strategy in support of the company's strategic plans. One of Brumbach's key goals is to have Confirmit recognized as a 'great place to work'.
