In the US, consumer tech-driven insights firm Touchstone Research has promoted Kate Franzis to the role of Senior Project Director.

Branford, CT-based Touchstone offers a full range of services from questionnaire design, survey programing and qualitative recruiting, to ad hoc quant and qual studies. The firm also builds and manages custom online research panels and insight communities, and conducts ethnography and digital research, mobile app/game testing, and kids and families research.

Franzis (pictured) joined in 2015 after a stint at the US House of Representatives, working in the Office of Congressman Jim Himes as a legislative intern, having previously served as Expense Report Analyst at Boston College Service Center. In her new role, she will work with clients to execute their research panel activities, service programs, and ad hoc quant studies. In addition, she will work closely with the Quantitative Research Manager to help mentor and develop the firm's research team.
