In the US, Act-On Software, which uses customer behavior, preferences and data to guide engagement strategies, has appointed Roger Rowe as Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Kate Johnson, who was promoted to the post of CEO nearly a year ago.

Act-On's 'Adaptive Marketing Platform' enables the targeting of the right messages, to the right people, at the right time. This technology provides insight which can be used to adapt to customers' needs at each stage of the buying journey. Rowe (pictured) joins with a 35-year background in both financial and operational leadership roles. Most recently, he was Principal of RR CFO Services, having previously been CEO and CFO for TigerLogic Corporation, and having held CFO positions with Agilyx, Merchandising Technologies, and InFocus Corporation.
