Brian Major has joined Cincinnati, Ohio-based Directions Research as Vice President, Client Service, with a remit to develop new business and create custom solutions for clients in the firm's Restaurant and CPG practices.

He brings more than 25 years of brand marketing, digital media, and client service experience in the restaurant and CPG industries, most recently from Catalina where he was Vice President of Brand Development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, and an MBA from Babson College.

Major reports to Tim Laake, Chief Marketing Officer, who comments: 'I'm thrilled to welcome Brian to Directions. His expertise and proven track record of solving clients' business needs makes him a great addition to our team'.
