Commercial real estate industry data and analytics provider CoStar Group has hired Jacques-Yves Bouchard as its Research Director in Canada.

Founded in 1987, CoStar enables clients to analyze, interpret and gain insight on commercial property values, market conditions and current availabilities. Bouchard (pictured) joins with nearly eight years of commercial real estate leadership experience. Most recently, he served as the National Manager for Data Intelligence at Colliers International, leading the National Data Intelligence Team of 20 full-time employees and 25+ seasonal interns across multiple offices in Canada. Prior to this, he worked for Corporate Fleet Services as a Research Coordinator.

In his new role, Bouchard will deliver market information, while serving as a mentor to Research Managers. Lisa Ruggles, SVP of Global Research, comments: 'Bouchard's extensive and strong leadership experience will be instrumental in CoStar Canada's continued growth.
