Nepa

June 11 2019

Kristin LuckKristin Luck has taken another non-exec position, this time on the Board of Stockholm-based consumer science firm Nepa.

Nepa uses a hybrid of proprietary technology and expert local services, combining consumer feedback and behavioral data to help clients in more than 50 countries optimize customer experience and marketing investments.

Last week, Luck (pictured) joined the Board of survey analysis and data visualisation software provider mTAB. She currently runs her own management consultancy ScaleHouse, which helps marketing and analytics firms through all stages of growth, and she is the founder of not-for-profit organization Women In Research (WIRe). Earlier, she founded MR software and tech provider Forefront Consulting Group (acquired by online survey technologist Decipher); having previously co-founded OTX (Online Testing Exchange - later sold to Ipsos); and she helped launch ACNielsen's first online research practice.

Luck replaces outgoing Board member Annika Steiber, who has resigned to focus on leading Menlo College in Silicon Valley, to launch a modern Entrepreneur and Innovation program. Commenting on Luck's appointment, CEO Fredrik Östgren said: 'Kristin is recognized and influential around the world for her marketing expertise and her deep knowledge of marketing analytics and technology. We are delighted to welcome her to our board and look forward to her contributions.'
