UK-based pharma researcher Purdie Pascoe has appointed Carolyn Chamberlain as a Director, responsible for developing relationships with pharma and medical device clients across Europe and the US.

The firm, which was started in 2008 by former Synovate Healthcare execs Marianne Purdie and Guy Pascoe, has also promoted Marcus Torr to Research Manager and Dominic McManus to SRE.

Chamberlain (pictured) spent ten years at AstraZeneca, before moving supply side at Aequus Research in 2006. Spells at Ipsos MORI, Millward Brown and Adelphi Research Global followed, each of about three years, and for the last year she has held senior roles at PSL Group.

Both Torr and McManus joined the company on graduating.
