March 19 2020

Aoife MarronDublin-based agency RED C has promoted Aoife Marron to the position of Director.

The Irish firm, which was founded in 2003 by former Lansdowne Market Research executives Richard Colwell and Sinead Mooney, offers quant and qual projects to a wide range of clients, while also running monthly polls for the Sunday Business Post. In 2016, the firm opened a UK office, in Soho, London; a joint venture between the agency and former Future Thinking MDs Richard Barton and Charlotte Butterworth.

Marron (pictured) began her MR career at Coyne Research, where she joined the firm's graduate training programme. In 2012, she moved to RED C as an RE, and most recently served as Associate Director, focussing on qualitative research. During her time with the firm, she also helped industry association WIN (Worldwide Independent Network of Market Research and Opinion Poll) organise its 68th annual conference in Dublin.

In a statement, RED C said: 'We are delighted to announce that Aoife Marron has been promoted to be a Director. Aoife is highly engaged and interested in the marketing industry, previously holding the post of Chair of The Marketing Society Future Council and is a guest lecturer in qualitative techniques at the UCD Smurfit Business School.'
