In London, reputation analysis and comms research specialist Echo Research has appointed British businesswoman Susan Hooper to its Advisory Board.

Echo Research employs more than 200 people full-time at its offices in London, New York, Paris and Singapore. The company runs the Britain's Most Admired Companies (BMAC) study, an annual survey of corporate reputation in the UK.

Hooper (pictured) currently sits on the Boards of Uber UK, The Rank Group and Affinity Water, is Chair of Caresourcer.com and a Director of Chapter Zero, an organisation dedicated to providing education, insight and support on climate change to Non-Executive Board Directors and Chairs. Previous roles include MD of British Gas Residential Services; and CEO of the Travel Division of the Acromas Group, responsible for Saga Holidays, Hotels, Cruises, the AA Travel division and Titan Travel. In addition, Hooper has also held senior roles at Royal Caribbean International, Avis Europe, PepsiCo International, McKinsey & Co, and Saatchi & Saatchi.
