In New York, social media listening and analytics specialist Talkwalker has hired Joseph Fuster as Chief Sales Officer.
Talkwalker's platform uses AI-powered technology to monitor and analyze online conversations in real-time across social media networks, news web sites, blogs and forums in 187 languages. Last year, the company launched a data visualization tool called
Conversation Clusters, to enable marketers, PR professionals and consumer insight analysts to uncover, understand and visualize the context around any topic.
Fuster (pictured) joins after nearly six years at Oracle, latterly as Global Head of its Customer Experience Cloud. Prior to this he held global sales leadership roles at SAP, Salesforce and Siebel. CEO Robert Glaesener comments: 'With Joe's help, we will further accelerate the company's growth in the US, Europe and Asia, while we expand Talkwalker's unified conversational intelligence platform in social (media) listening, consumer intelligence and customer experience. His deep knowledge of CX and consumer intelligence will be a key accelerator in our next phase of development'.
