In the UK, professional services firm KPMG has promoted former Nunwood exec Torsten Fritz to Director, Customer Research & Analytics in its Consulting division.
KPMG
acquired Leeds-based Nunwood, which specialised in customer experience management and feedback technology, in 2015. Fritz (pictured) joined Nunwood in 2008, and latterly served as Insight Manager, leading cross functional teams running large scale customer experience programmes. After the takeover, he worked for KPMG Nunwood as Head of Quantitative Research, before becoming Head of Insight & Analytics, and most recently, Director and Client Service Team Lead.
His new role is part of a raft of promotions in KPMG's Leeds office, with 51 other members of staff also promoted. Euan West, Senior Partner, comments: 'KPMG colleagues have been the bedrock of our success in the past twelve months, supporting our clients in testing circumstances. These promotions are testament to their hard work and commitment'.
