In London, strategy and insights consultancy Rainmakers CSI has appointed Chris Tough as a Consultant.
The firm works with clients' existing research and data to uncover growth drivers and opportunities, using a method-neutral approach. Specialities include brand growth strategy, category strategy and segmentation, corporate and brand reputation, and brand positioning and communications.
Tough (pictured) joins from mobile-based customer insights platform Streetbees, where he was a Research Manager. Prior to this he spent three years at data and insights group Savanta, latterly as Marketing Manager (UK/US), having begun his career as an intern at Unilever.
In his new role, Tough's first assignments will focus on financial services and food sector programmes.
