US-based compliant consumer data provider Killi has appointed former TrueData exec Susan Mandell as Vice President of Sales.

Killi offers data to brands and agencies, platforms, and data companies, while allowing consumers to opt-in to share specific pieces of data with brands in exchange for compensation. Mandell (pictured) joins from people-based mobile identity graph and customer intelligence provider TrueData, where she served as VP, Channel Partnerships. Prior to this, she worked for mobile in-app audience targeting specialist 140 Proof as VP, Midwest Client Strategy.

In her new role, Mandell will oversee Killi's sales operations and team, both domestically and internationally. She reports directly to founder and CEO Neil Sweeney, who comments: 'It was immediately evident that Susan would be a tremendous asset to the Killi team given her vast knowledge of the consumer-data and technology spaces. Susan not only understands the data and advertising market but understands the culture of Killi and what it takes to be successful in a company of this size.'
