Digital marketing services group Kin + Carta has appointed Maria Gordian as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st November 2021.

With headquarters in London and Chicago, Kin + Carta helps businesses launch new digital products and services via a number of units: Advise, a tech-centric management consultancy; Create, a software engineering studio; Connect, a digital marketing agency. It recently sold MR consultancy Incite to STRAT7.

Gordian (pictured) is a professional services executive with more than 25 years of management consulting and business leadership experience. For the past eleven, she has worked at Bain & Company, where she currently serves as Head of the DEI practice's Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. She is also a Partner in Bain's Healthcare practice, where she advises clients on creating growth strategies, identifying M&A opportunities and leading geographic expansion efforts. Prior to this she was a Director at McKinsey & Co, working in its Pharmaceutical and Medical Product practice, helping build the firm's global Research & Development group.
