In London, insights and strategy consultancy Rainmakers CSI has appointed Bea White as an Associate Consultant.

The firm works with clients' existing research and data to uncover growth drivers and opportunities, using a method-neutral approach. Specialities include brand growth strategy, category strategy and segmentation, corporate and brand reputation, and brand positioning and communications.

White (pictured) joins after recently completing her Masters at the London School of Economics & Political Science, and in her new role, she will be applying her academic background in research and analytics to Rainmakers CSI's client work. CEO Colin Buckingham comments: 'This is an exciting step for us as it's the first time we have appointed a recent graduate to the Rainmakers team.
