Ebbie Elson-Maller, Tilly Flannery-Ashworth and Lucy FoylanIn the UK, brand communications and experience research agency The Nursery Research & Planning has promoted three of its team - Ebbie Elson-Maller, Tilly Flannery-Ashworth and Lucy Foylan - to Account Director roles.

The Nursery provides custom qual and quant brand strategy research, including employee mood studies, research among children, segmentations and advice for start-up businesses. Three years ago, the company launched Nursery Tracking Plus, to explain how marketing changes what people know and feel about a brand, and how they behave as a result. Then in 2019 it launched a new division called The Nursery Health, building on its experience working across the Rx, OTC and wellness sectors.

Elson-Maller joined in 2017, after more than three years at System 1 Research (formerly BrainJuicer) in roles including Research Consultant. Flannery-Ashworth joined in 2018 after four years at media agency Mindshare, where she served as Account Director Research & Insight; and before this she was an Insight and Communications Exec at digital OOH ad network Kinetic. Foylan joined in 2014 after working at Watermelon Research as an SRE and serving as a graduate trainee at Chime Group.
