In the US, language services and MR company SyncScript has appointed Danica Burns as Senior Project Manager.

Set up in 2016 by former Focus Forward execs Liz Granahan and Meghan Surdenas, SyncScript provides verbatim transcription of audio into a Word document. The firm also offers transcription from speaker engagements, Excel and Notes formats; qualitative translation services from audio and text; and an API which enables clients to automatically upload files for transcription and receive status updates throughout the transcription process.

Burns (pictured) joins with ten years industry experience, which includes nearly three years at Focus Forward, where she latterly served as Client Services Manager. More recently, she worked at Results Repeat Digital, most recently as Web Development Services Manager, having previously been the firm's Project and Client Services Manager.

In her new role, Burns is responsible for the creation and implementation of project processes, panel building, engagement, and day-to-day operations of a newly formed qualitative recruitment division, Opinions by SyncScript. Granahan comments: 'We are a client-centric company whose main goal is to offer excellent service and deliverables at an affordable price point.
