Liz DibleyJohnson City, TN-based custom MR firm Smarty Pants has appointed Elizabeth Dibley in the role of 'Insights Whiz'.

In addition to MR, the company advises on brand positioning, product development and generational trends. Dibley will support qual, quant and mixed-method studies for the company's retail, toy and food clients, working on everything from study design and project management through to analysis and reporting.

She joins from Chicago-based C+R Research where as a Senior Analyst she produced deliverables for the syndicated YouthBeat product and conducted customer research focused on youth and families - including segmentation studies, concept tests and qualitative online communities. She earned a double major in Psychology and Sociology at Valparaiso University in Indiana, and a master's degree in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College.
