London-based insight consultancy One Minute To Midnight has appointed Raquel Ostáriz Gimeno-Hernández as Operations Director.

Founded in 2016 by Paul Laver and Douglas Dunn, One Minute To Midnight (OMTM) focuses on what it calls 'the 4 Dimensions of being Human' - actions, emotions, thoughts and values - to deliver an understanding of how people feel about a brand and how they behave towards it. Gimeno-Hernández (pictured) joins from co-working business Work+Play, where she served as Head of Customer Experience.

Commenting on the appointment, Dunn said: 'I had the pleasure of working in the same co-working office space as Raquel. She shone out amongst the rest and every interaction I had with her was so positive and amazing that it was an absolute no-brainer to see if she was interested in being part of what we are all creating'.
