Insight consultancy One Minute to Midnight (OMTM) has expanded its New York team with the appointment of Regina Ma as a Research Executive.
Founded in 2016 by Paul Laver and Douglas Dunn, the company focuses on what it calls 'the 4 Dimensions of being Human' - actions, emotions, thoughts and values - to help understand how people feel about a brand and how they behave towards it.
Ma (pictured) previously interned part-time with Macromill, and then OMTM, and now joins the latter as a full-time member of staff, after graduating from her Master's degree in Consumer Psychology at New York University.
Commenting on the appointment, Andy Cooper, co-founder of OMTM Americas, said: 'Regina first joined us as an intern and we're really excited to have her joining the team permanently. She brings energy, creativity and curiosity that we know our clients will love'.
