Mountain View, California-based customer lifecycle and user retention platform CleverTap has promoted Pravin Laghaate to the role of Vice President, overseeing sales, go-to-market strategy, and execution across continental Europe and the UK. He is based in Amsterdam.

CleverTap, which also has offices in San Francisco, New York, Sao Paulo, Bogota, London, Sofia, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Jakarta, offers a suite of machine learning and behavioural analytics-based tools through which brands can convert, engage, retain and grow their mobile user base. Laghaate (pictured) joined in 2020, and has since held senior leadership sales roles with the firm. Earlier he spent more than a decade at Vodafone in the UK and India, latterly as Country Sales Director - Americas, and earlier as Chief of Staff and Program Head. Before this he was Head of Business Development at Kingfisher Airlines, Country Sales Manager at Gulf Air, and Regional Sales Manager at Emirates, having begun his career as a Team Leader at Kantar Millward Brown.
