India-based full-service research and tech company Market Xcel Data Matrix has appointed Jaceey Sebastian as Vice President, Client Development (USA), based in Atlanta.

Sebastian (pictured) joins with more than two decades of experience. Most recently, he worked for consumer opinion specialist Paas Research as VP of Sales, before which he was Senior Account Executive, North America at E2E Research. Earlier he worked for P2Sample (acquired by Cint in 2020) as Client Development Manager; survey sample firm ProdegeMR as Account Manager; and he held senior roles at CMI, Mathematica Policy Research, and ORC Macro International.

In a statement, Market Xcel says Sebastian's strong operations and sales background will strengthen the firm's client servicing team and provide a 'significant boost' to its business plan.
