In New York, IT software provider EasyVista has hired former Gartner analyst Keith Andes as Product Marketing Manager.

EasyVista offers IT solutions including service management, remote support, IT monitoring, and 'self-healing' technologies. Andes (pictured) joins after seven years at Gartner, where he latterly served as Analyst Team Manager, overseeing Research Analysts in the Global Talent Lab, where he was responsible for hiring, training and promoting team members. Earlier, he was Principal Analyst covering the IT Service Management Tools (ITSM) market.

In his new role, Andes will report to Loic Besnard, Global Head of Product Marketing & Product Strategy who comments: 'Keith has a keen perspective on the ITSM tool landscape.
