In Australia, boutique MR consultancy Picnic Customer Intelligence has appointed Elaine Lau as a Director, based in its Sydney office.
Founded in 2019 by former Telstra researchers Raymond Lo and Melbourne-based Matt Howley, Picnic Customer Intelligence specialises in product research, pricing research and customer experience. Services include customised MR solutions drawing on experience in B2B and consumer markets.
Lau (pictured) joins from pay television company Foxtel Group, where she earlier served as the firm's Head of Research. Before this, she was an AD at Sweeney Research, and Research Analyst at Environmetrics.
