Bhusha MehtaIn the US, generative AI specialist Forethought has appointed Bhusha Mehta as Vice President of Customer Experience and Success; overseeing the Customer Experience team and leading the entire customer journey - including onboarding, retention, expansion, relationships and advocacy.

Forethought is trained on proprietary data to offer experiences tuned by Large Language Model AI at each stage of the customer support journey. Mehta (pictured) joins from customer engagement platform Twilio, where she served as Area Vice President, Global Customer Success. She has more than two decades' of experience, including roles at DocuSign Slack and Salesforce.
