Baldwinsville, NY firm Research & Marketing Strategies (RMS) has promoted Marjorie Piatkowski to the role of Multicultural Healthcare Administrative Associate.

RMS hosts focus group and interview facility QualiSight; and RMS ViewPoint, a consumer research panel in Central New York.

Piatkowski, who arrived in the US in 2006, joined the RMS QualiSight Call Center in February 2019 as a Bilingual Telephone Survey Associate, and in February 2022 moved to the Healthcare Analytics team as Administrative Assistant. The company says that while her responsibilities continued to grow and other departments within RMS began to rely heavily on her bilingual skills, prompting the promotion. Her experience includes data analysis and patient satisfaction measurement, as well as quality control and standards duties including ensuring all the firm's Spanish callers adhere to CAHPS survey scripts when speaking with patients and/or caregivers. She holds an associate degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Guayaquil, Ecuador.
