Berlin-based HOK Research has promoted Clare Dunn to Lead Project Manager, Client Services. The firm is owned by the UK's Kudos Research and specialises in data collection and recruitment services in biotech, life sciences, pharmaceutical research and UX.

Dunn (pictured) brings a track record in team management and client relations, and was a Project Supervisor at Kudos for two and a half years before joining HOK in July last year as Call Centre Deputy Manager.

In her new role she will oversee HOK's project management processes, provide mentorship to its team of project managers and take the lead on a number of key client accounts.

Divisional Director Volker Balk says of the promotion: 'Clare's leadership is especially crucial as we continue to expand and enhance our services in these competitive sectors. We are confident that her strategic insights and dedication will greatly benefit our team and clients'.
