
US agency Smarty Pants has promoted Barbara Zamolsky to a VP-level role, 'Insights Mastermind'. She will continue to lead the agency's flagship client relationships while advancing its qualitative research practices.
Zamolsky joined the firm in 2005, and has worked on design, recruitment, fielding and analysis of qualitative research for its leading client partners, demonstrating 'expert moderating skills', 'generational expertise' and 'innovative and inspiring research methods', according to the company. She has conducted more than 10,000 hours of in-person research across the globe, moderating everything from roller coaster rides with kids to kitchen-table conversations with Millennials to community-center discussions with seniors on social determinants of health. Zamolsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Boston University and continuing education certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard.
