Former Impact Research employee Teo Valdes has joined London's Disrupt Insight as an SRE.

Former Walnut Unlimited execs Chris Bland and Matt Rice-Haynes founded Disrupt in 2023, and the firm grew rapidly last year, with appointments including Dr. Lauren Greehy as RM and Sandy McDougall as Head of Media Effectiveness. This year it has already added Kar Hoo Lee as AI Development Director, and further recruitment is ongoing. The firm was recently named Best New Venture at the MRS Awards.

A graduate in History from Queen Mary University of London, Valdes (pictured) joined Walton, Surrey-based Impact in late 2022 and was promoted to RE in 2023 and SRE at the start of 2025.
