Digital agency Euro RSCG has appointed Clive Maclean as CEO of its data and analytics arm Euro RSCG 4D Discovery, replacing Zain Raj who is taking up a new leadership role with private equity firm Lake Capital.
Last year, marketing services group Euro RSCG Worldwide integrated
its Baltimore-based 4D digital unit into its data analytics wing Discovery, to create an agency network offering data analytics, CRM and behavioral marketing.
Maclean previously ran his own consultancy, Clive Maclean Consulting, and served as North American President of The Marketing Store, where he was responsible for more than 250 staff and revenues of $36m plus. Before this, he ran Kestenbaum Consulting, part of WPP's Wunderman.
During his career, Maclean has also served as President of FCB Direct, Leo Burnett Interactive, DMB&B, and Grey Response Marketing.

Raj, who joined
Euro RSCG Discovery in 2008, will remain with the firm until the end of June, to hand over. Bess comments: ‘Zain has done a wonderful job and we wish him the best of luck in his new venture’.
