MMR Research Expands Senior Team

Oxfordshire-based consumer insight and sensory specialist MMR Research Worldwide (MMR) has appointed Doug Findlay and Jan Worsley as Directors in its EMEA team.

Doug Findlay and Jan WorsleyThe firm, which also has offices in London, Mumbai, Durban, Shanghai, Singapore and New York, provides clients in the food, drink and personal care sectors with sensory research, product testing, NPD and emotion-based research.

Findlay joins with twenty years' experience, the past four of which were spent as a Director at Ipsos MORI. Before this, he held senior roles at Millward Brown and Research International, and worked client-side at alcoholic beverages company Diageo as Senior Consumer Planning Manager. In his new consultative role, Findlay is tasked with helping shape and enhance MMR's client-led approach.

Worsley has fifteen years' agency and client-side experience, gained most recently as Research Director at Future Thinking and previously as the Head of Consumer Insights at Innocent Drinks. During his career, he was also a Consultant at TNS, and a Market Analyst at Xansa.
