Danni Findlay - Director of Retail and Shopper at Marketing Sciences
Danni Findlay joined Marketing Sciences in 1996 in its customer service and loyalty division. Throughout her 18 years at the company she has been focused on research for the retail sector which, driven largely by technological innovation, has changed dramatically over this time.
For the past seven years Danni has held the position of Account Director with responsibility for research on behalf of Tesco. Danni works closely with many divisions of the UK’s largest supermarket to ensure that its focus on customer insight remains relevant and that the technology used to research customers is up to date and able to record shopper behaviour both online and in store.
Responsible for training and development at Marketing Sciences, Danni is passionate about attracting the very best talent into market research from both within and outside of the sector.
