Behaviorally Names NYC-based SVP of Omni Shopper

Shopper insights specialist Behaviorally has appointed Nisha Yadav as Senior Vice President, Omni Shopper, based in New York.

Nisha YadavPreviously known as PRS IN VIVO USA, Behaviorally combines its own behavioral framework with category expertise to examine the drivers of consumer behavior and shopper growth. In April, it expanded into Asia, opening hubs in both Singapore and Shanghai.

Yadav (pictured) joins with more than thirteen years' marketing strategy experience. Most recently, she co-founded insight-led marketing consultancy basc partners, prior to which she was SVP, New York Market Lead at WPP-owned market research and strategic communications consultancy PSB, and she was AVP, Head of Global Brand Research at MetLife. Earlier, she was a Senior Associate at Stern Stewart & Co, and held senior roles at Ogilvy and Burson-Marsteller.

In her new role, Yadav will lead commercialization efforts for Behaviorally's suite of services that pinpoint where and when brands can influence consumer behavior along the omnichannel path-to-purchase. Chief Commercial Officer Scott Brill says Yadav's experience on both agency and client side make her 'a perfect fit to support the evolving omnichannel business questions associated with today's retail landscape'. He adds: 'We are looking forward to her joining and the contributions from her exceptional and varied background to our clients' growth goals'.
