UK Expansion and Polish Roll-Out for Insights Family

Fast-rising Manchester, UK-based researcher The Insights Family has announced a move to larger offices on the city's central King Street, and the opening of a satellite office in Mayfair, London, as well a roll-out in Poland and a number of hires.

The firm, known as The Insights People until a rebrand in April, focuses on kids, parents and family market intelligence, and has enjoyed explosive growth over the four years since it launched - it now operates in the US, Brazil, Canada and Australia, Russia and China, and four markets in East and SE Asia.

The company has welcomed three new starters: Jennifer Knott, who joins as Senior Research Manager after 6 years in research and analytics role at Manchester City Football Club; and Tushar Palawat and Emer Sheffield to the development and data science team as a Junior Data Scientist and as a UI/UX Designer, respectively. The Kids Insights and Parents Insights services are rolling out in Poland, the company's 18th operational market, providing real-time based on surveys with more than 410 Polish kids, tweens and teens, and 200 Polish parents of children aged between 1 and 16 each week. Recent major client wins include media giant HBO Max, music and ents retailer HMV and WPP media division GroupM.

The company recently launched a tool called IP INDEX, which helps brand owners, brand partners and retailers to identify the performance of their intellectual property in relation to thousands of others, across multiple media types.
