Insights People Expands to Four New Asian Markets

UK-headquartered kids, parents and family panels firm The Insights People is expanding to Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines and South Korea, surveying around 410 kids and around 205 parents of children in each country.

Nick RichardsonThe Manchester-based firm provides real-time data on the attitudes, behaviour and consumption patterns of families. Its Kids Insights and Parents Insights services now operate in seventeen countries across five continents, with 2020 additions for Kids Insights including Brazil, Canada and Australia, and Russia and China; while Parents Insights rolled out across all these markets in January this year. The brands are also available in the UK, the US, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico and India.

The four new launches mean the business now surveys more than 7,000 children aged 3-18, and 3,264 parents every week. Data collection in the region started on 1st February, and the first reports will be available at the end of May.

Founder and CEO Nick Richardson (pictured) comments: 'This represents an important development for us as a business, as we have experienced significant demand for our services in this region. Initially we will be running all of our Asia-Pacific operations from the UK, but we will be looking to launch an office in the region later this year'.
