Crowd DNA Opens Office in Stockholm

September 16 2021

Cultural insights and strategy consultancy Crowd DNA has opened an office in Stockholm, Sweden, headed by Associate Director Sofie Brodén, who previously worked for brand development consultancy Grow as Manger Insight & Foresight. The firm has also made eighteen hires.

Andy CrysellAcquired by marketing and customer analytics consultancy STRAT7 last year, Crowd DNA conducts research to understand people, culture and trends across the world. Headquartered in London, the firm also has offices in Amsterdam, New York, Sydney and Singapore. The new office is a response to growth in business opportunities in the region, including those in partnership with fellow STRAT7 agency, Strat7+, a Stockholm-headquartered management consultancy.

Commenting on the expansion, Crowd DNA founder and CEO Andy Crysell (pictured) said: 'We pride ourselves at Crowd DNA on our ability to work globally with the utmost credibility, and this is another proof point on that journey. There are so many refreshingly innovative brands in Sweden and the wider region that we're looking forward to getting closer to and working with'.

CrowdDNA has also made a total of eighteen hires in the last three months across each of its specialisms - qual and quant research, futures, content and editorial - with a further four due to join in October. Director level hires include Josephine Hatch as Director of Signs & Socialise (the firm's combined futures and editorial/content teams), after holding trends forecasting roles at Chivas Brothers and John Lewis; and Brian Lim del Rosario, who previously held senior consultancy roles at Epiphany RBC and Quantum, and joins as Director of Strategic Insights in the Amsterdam office.
