High profile UK-based start-up Verve is already opening its first overseas offices, in Sydney, Australia - and will launch customer advisory panels and online brand communities in Australia and New Zealand.
Launched just nine months ago, Verve builds, manages and maintains customer advisory panels and online brand communities.
Partner and CEO Andrew Cooper will head up the new business, splitting his time between Sydney and London. In Australia he will be joined by new Verve partner Lamia Lee, who will lead client development for the business; and Charlotte Brady, currently at Verve in London, who takes a community management role.
Lee was previously Client Development Director at Cooper's previous company, Research Now, in Sydney, and helped found the business in the region.
Says Cooper: 'We are building Verve as the international specialist, rather than a local generalist. We believe that in this way, we can best offer our clients true expertise and thought leadership in the area of customer advisory panels and online brand communities - putting the voice of the customer at the heart of our clients' businesses. It also enables us to invest significantly in our world-class technology platform and business processes - offering true specialism and impressive service at lower cost.'
Verve Australia and New Zealand has its own web site at www.addverve.com.au ; the parent company's is at www.addverve.com .
