NZ Partners to Develop Predictive Tools

January 18 2010

In New Zealand, credit bureau Veda Advantage and Christchurch-based data and analytics company VortexDNA have announced a partnership to develop new predictive tools targeting clients at home and abroad, including the Middle East and SE Asia.

The first products are expected in April-June 2010 and will focus on clients in the finance sector.

Veda Advantage MD John Roberts says customers are asking for more predictive capacity across a range of business needs, and adds: 'The recent credit crisis has highlighted ways companies can improve their operations in terms of credit checks, risk management, fraud, bankruptcy and other factors. Our new products will facilitate these improvements.'

VortexDNA CEO Branton Kenton-Dau says 'Veda Advantage has a track record in bringing innovative products to the market. We are delighted to have the opportunity to put the predictive power of VortexDNA behind these new services.'
