Ipsos Loyalty Hires Former Synovate R&D Leader

Ipsos Loyalty - which focuses on helping companies improve business performance through customer satisfaction and relationship management - has appointed former Synovate executive Bruce Corner as a Senior Vice President with its US business.

Corner joins with more than 25 years' experience in market intelligence, customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement. He was previously Global Director for R&D at Synovate, where he focused on linking customer and employee data with company financial performance and business metrics, and worked with clients on their customer loyalty strategies. Before this, he was COO and Vice Chairman at Symmetrics (acquired by Synovate in 2004).

His background extends from building research specific web portals to developing new systems of analyses and deepening client service relationships.

In his new role, he will be developing new tools to support Ipsos' Global Research Services and client service teams, and further strengthen the firm's position in the US loyalty research sector.
