TNS and Compete Launch Web Evaluation Service

Kantar owned TNS and Compete have launched a web evaluation service, which identifies areas of a brand's web site that are underperforming, and goes on to recommend how the client can enhance the site for optimal performance.

Jordi FerrerThe new Web Performance Optimiser (WPO) combines the web site evaluation capabilities of TNS WebEval, with web analytics from Compete.

TNS Web Eval uncovers specific issues that are causing underperformance, and also provides guidance on the best way to enhance a site. When combined with Compete's ability to analyze consumer behaviour across the entire web - including search term usage and conversion activities within brand sites - the firms say that WPO provides clients with an in-depth understanding of their visitors, and details of 'precisely' how to attract and engage with them.
