CFI Group Names New UK MD

US headquartered customer satisfaction specialist CFI Group has hired former GfK Director James Rudd as Managing Director of its UK office, where it has also appointed Pallavi Chari and Sandra Jehoel as Account Managers.

James RuddFounded in 1988 by University of Michigan professor Claes Fornell, CFI Group uses the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) methodology to help its clients quantify the impact of satisfaction on customers' intent to buy, and predict the impact of service and product improvements on satisfaction levels. The firm also provides a benchmark against established customer satisfaction indices.

Rudd joins the Guilford, Surrey operation after 14 years working at GfK; latterly as the Commercial Director of GfK Research Panels. Prior to this, he worked in the oil industry in a variety of roles from retail marketing, refining and management consultancy.

Chari also joins from GfK Research Panels, where she mainly managed the telecoms business and new product launches. Prior to this, she was a Consultant of Business Research and Analytics at Hewlett Packard.

Most recently, Jehoel earned her PhD in Psychology at the University of Surrey, during which time she worked as a Researcher at Kingston University and at Holden Pearmain.
