Senior Qual and Pharma Hires for M/A/R/C

Dallas, US-based M/A/R/C Research has announced two senior hires: Clay Dethloff as SVP, Qualitative Services and John Cheneler as SVP of Medical Services.

Leading the firm's qualitative team, Dethloff will also identify new and innovative research tools. He brings more than twenty years' qualitative research experience from studies in more than twenty countries, and has trained over 300 interviewers and analysts globally in the laddering/values research methodology. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas.

Cheneler will be located at the corporate office in Dallas, and will lead the firm's Rx medical services division, which works for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He brings over 25 years' experience in directing strategic development, including time as a senior executive at regulatory affairs consulting firm Merck, Shotwell & Carr; and in marketing and sales with Boehringer Mannheim and Johnson & Johnson. An Adjunct Instructor for Southern Methodist University and a frequent guest lecturer at other universities, he earned his BS in Biochemistry and holds an MBA.
