Panel specialist e-Rewards has completed its acquisition of San Francisco-based social media sampling firm Peanut Labs, the company confirmed on Friday.
Peanut Labs will now operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of e-Rewards. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The buy was only announced two weeks ago, the day after e-Rewards revealed it would adopt the name of its subsidiary Research Now on a worldwide basis with immediate effect for all its research offerings. The company also has a new logo and corporate identity.
