Kantar Health Appoints Global Market Access Head

In New York, Kantar Health has appointed Susan Suponcic as Senior Vice President of Global Market Access.

Susan SuponcicKantar Health, which was formed by combining Consumer Health Sciences, MattsonJack, TNS Healthcare and Ziment, offers solutions across the brand life cycle, from assessing opportunities and sizing markets, to developing products and positioning brands.

Last April, the firm developed a new framework to help clients identify the optimal positioning for a new product, or to reposition an existing brand.

Suponcic joins with more than 13 years' experience delivering measurable business results through global pricing, health economics and market access initiatives - both as a pharma company executive and an industry consultant.

For the last eight years, she worked at Johnson & Johnson, most recently as Senior Director, Worldwide Market Access, in charge of a team responsible for health economics and market access input to early product development decisions. Before this, she spent three years as Group Director at IMS Health, where she led the pharma pricing consulting practice, with a specific focus on new product pricing, consumer price sensitivity analysis and pricing strategy.
