Ipsos Observer Debuts 'Listening' Service

In New York, specialist data and delivery business Ipsos Observer is launching 'Social Observer', which integrates its survey management, data collection and delivery services with online social media 'listening'.

Paul DePintoSocial Observer can be used independently or integrated with traditional market research. The firm says it can be used for a variety of research functions such as pre-survey investigation and questionnaire development, concept development, tracking data to measure consumer trends, and post-survey analysis.
