In the UK, behavioural targeting and social media commerce company Reevoo has launched an analytics dashboard promising insight into the impact of online reviews and the performance of social media commerce strategies.

The new platform allows companies to: track sales and calculate the impact of reviews on them; view, download and share key metrics in real time; track trends; and highlight reviews which need a rapid response. The company believes these features enable its clients to 'identify previously unseen opportunities'.

In addition to gaining an overview of customer sentiment on a global level, clients can drill down into a particular category, an individual product or even individual product reviews, and to compare products' performance at a glance.
