Ipsos MediaCT Launches Smartphone Research Suite

In the UK, Ipsos MediaCT has launched a suite of research tools under the umbrella name of Mobi-Vision, to enable clients to capture insights in real-time via their smartphones.

Liz LandyIn development for the past two years, Mobi-Vision packages mobile surveys, passive mobile measurement and live qual research. It features a number of tools including:

  • Mobi-Vision Real Time Content Evaluator - to assess broadcast content using a combination of mobile and online methods
  • Mobi-Vision Diary - to capture data through diary-type information, as well as photos/videos
  • Mobi-Vision Events - enabling push-based polling to be delivered to handsets in real-time for evaluation of events such as cinema, concerts and live sporting events
  • Mobi-Vision Engagement - to capture audience engagement and appreciation as content is being consumed
  • Mobi-Vision Cross Platform - to help clients understand how audiences consume brands across different platforms.
